1) Deletion Procedure
To request the deletion of your account, you can either use the dedicated function within the D-Medic application's settings or fill out the form below. The request must come from the email address associated with your account to verify your identity.
2) What Data is Deleted?
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete the following personal data:
- Your account information (email, phone number).
- Your usage history and preferences linked to your account.
Please note: Anonymized data used for analytics and service improvement, which cannot be linked back to you, is not subject to deletion. Additionally, we may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate and lawful business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
3) Timeline and Confirmation
We will send a confirmation to your email address within 7 working days of receiving your request. The complete deletion of your data from our active systems will generally be completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
